Stay tuned as we light our fire in this five minute guided meditation hi I’m Shirley Archer, your your mindful living coach I’m here to help you say, “No to overwhelm,” so you can have the clarity of mind to make all the health and happiness goals you want, come true. in this video we’re going to do a five-minute guided meditation to lift your energy. Let’s begin. Sit tall with a lengthened spine and rest your hands either on your thighs or in your lap. close your eyes or look down with a soft unfocused gaze Draw your attention to the breath make no effort to control your breath simply observe the breath as it flows in and flows out breathe either through the nose or through the nose and mouth whatever is comfortable for you continue to focus on your breath notice where you feel the breath as it enters your body continue to observe the breath make no effort to control the breath but rather be with the breath imagine seeing yourself somewhere warm and comfortable perhaps a beach enjoying a gorgeous sunrise or a sunset or any location where you can experience the beauty and power of the colors of the sky call to mind a brilliant sunset or sunrise and feel the power of the sun’s energy and as you continue to breathe imagine the light of that beautiful Sun bathing all that you can see hearing the sounds of all the life basking in the sun’s brilliance and notice the warmth and energy in the light its power to illuminate give life itself and then like the beauty of the Sun in your mind’s eye see yourself as a shimmering being of golden light and as you continue to breathe in and breathe out brighten your entire being with pure energy energy filling you from the soles of your feet through your legs torso shoulders arms up through the neck and head illuminating your entire body in this warm glowing light and continuing to breathe deeply expand that warm light into those parts of your body where you want more energy expand the sun’s life force energy into those parts of your life those situations that need a little extra boost to burn away obstacles so that you can move more powerfully through your life and then bring your awareness back to the simple sensation of your breath nothing to control or do simply observe your body’s natural rhythm in tune with the pulse of life itself noticing how it feels to breathe in and to breathe out and allowing yourself to rest in this feeling of your natural connection to life’s energy and know that if at any time you want to lift or boost your energy all you need to do is to breathe deeply and imagine the power of that sunlight within you connected to the force of life itself part of you always here to energize you whenever you simply need it by slowing down, tuning in and breathing deeply very gently roll your fingers roll your wrists draw the energy back up if your eyes have been closed open your eyes bring your attention back to the room enjoy any delicious stretch that feels good to your body inhaling and exhaling feeling centered and on fire thank you so much for joining me I hope you take this energy with you energy with you and accomplish whatever you choose to do today.
